Frank Talbott
Frank Talbott, Esq. has nearly 40 years of experience representing injured individuals in workers’ compensation matters. He has represented not only injured individuals and employees, but also employers and insurance companies in hundreds of cases. Previously, he served as an acting contract hearing officer (administrative law judge) for the Department of Labor in workers’ compensation matters for six years.

Mr. Talbott is proud to represent injured employees in workers’ compensation cases at all levels before the Vermont Department of Labor, the Vermont Superior Courts, and the Vermont Supreme Court. He is also qualified to act as a mediator in disputed workers’ compensation claims and is on the approved Mediator’s List of the Vermont Department of Labor.
Mr. Talbott received specific training in the science and art of mediation through Pepperdine University. Furthermore, he regularly associates with other personal injury and workers’ compensation firms in handling cases, so as to broaden the expertise and maximize representation for his clients. Mr. Talbott works on a contingent fee basis, so no attorney’s fees are paid until we obtain a recovery for you.
Approved Mediator
Mr. Talbott is on the Department of Labor’s approved Mediator’s list and is capable of assisting in the resolution of disputes between insurance companies and injured workers.

With over 18 years of experience, Dave has built a distinguished career in the field of workers’ compensation in Vermont. Having previously worked with one of the state’s pre-eminent firms, Dave handled complex workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers, earning recognition as the Lawyer of the Year.

Elizabeth Manfredi
Liz is a dedicated and compassionate paralegal who has spent her 35-year career advocating for injured individuals and fighting for the rights of women, children, elders, people with disabilities, and victims of injustice. She holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Post-Baccalaureate Premedical Certificate, and is preparing to sit for the bar exam upon completing Vermont’s Law Office Study Program.
A native Vermonter, Liz lives in Danville with her amazing wife and their two German Shepherds. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, and cycling, making the most of Vermont’s beautiful outdoors.
Lindsay Ralph
Lindsay’s legal career spans two decades, rooted in her early passion for justice and helping others. After earning her associate’s degree in paralegal studies in southern New York, she dove headfirst into the complex world of law. Her work quickly expanded to include medical malpractice, asbestos litigation, product liability, personal injury, and automobile accident cases. Perhaps most notably, she served as lead paralegal during the September 11th World Trade Center Attacks litigation, an experience that would profoundly shape her approach to legal work.
While building her career, Lindsay continued her education at SUNY Purchase, earning her bachelor’s degree. Her thirst for knowledge and understanding of human behavior led her to pursue further studies in Clinical Psychology, reflecting her holistic approach to legal work and community service.
